How to Find Products You can browse for products using the left column navigation or search for products using search boxes. You will find links to browse in the "SSEP CATALOG" below the blue colored Home in the left column navigation. Further, Keyword Search boxes are located on nearly every page. Additionally, you will find the top navigation bar "Index/Search" to be helpful when more detailed product-specific searches are necessary. When you find a product that interests you, 'click' the picture or part number to see its product information page. There you will find more detailed information. Adding Products to Your Order Form If you want to order a product via the MBUSA Standard Service Equipment Program, change the number in the "Qty" box and click the shopping card beside. As you add product(s), they will automatically accumulate on your order form. To review the contents of your Order Form at any time, access it by clicking the Order Form button at the top navigation bar. Using the Order Form If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular product, click the "x" inside the clear column. The product will move out from your current Order Form. To change the quantity of the item, use the box to change the number inside. After clicking the "Update" button you will see the correct new data. When you're ready to place the order, click the "billing term" button. If you would like to get a blank order form, click the "Service Button" and you will find a link in the left column navigation. Shipping Address Different than Billing Address ? Let us know where your order should be shipped. If the shipping address is the same of the billing address, you only need to click the button with the two arrows. Billing Terms At this time ordering, billing and payment service is not available On-Line. Orders for equipment can be placed in the traditional manner using a completed MBUSA Standard Service Equipment Program Order Form (generated from the process above) and than just Faxed to: 586-578-7205. Note that Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are all accepted, and please remember to complete the needed confidential data by hand before faxing this in.
